Lewisville High School Homecoming Parade

The annual LHS Homecoming parade will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 6 p.m. on Main and Church streets in Old Town Lewisville.

There is a new route for the parade this year. All participants will gather in the parking lot of the Vernell Gregg Early Childhood Center, formerly Mill Street Elementary School. They will leave from there, go up Charles Street, take a right on Main Street, then a left on Mill Street, and finally a left on Church Street. The community pep rally will be held on the steps of Lewisville City Hall immediately after the parade.

The parade route will be closed from about 5 p.m. until after the parade ends, and Church Street in front of City Hall will remain closed until after the pep rally. Drivers should expect detours and delays.

The homecoming football game will be played on Friday, Oct. 16, 7 p.m., at Max Goldsmith Stadium, 1098 W. Main Street, against Hebron High School.
