Campfire Cooking Fall Feast

Warm up by the fire as we cook three seasonal recipes inspired by local Indigenous and pioneer history at LLELA’s historic homestead.

Gather around the campfire at the Minor-Porter Log Cabin and learn to prepare three hearty, seasonal recipes over a primitive fire. Each dish is inspired by Indigenous traditions and pioneer homestead cooking, using in-season ingredients and simple methods that you can recreate on your next camping trip. We'll enjoy our freshly prepared dishes together for lunch before taking home a "cheat sheet" of the day's recipes and easy fire cooking tips. 

Only $35 per person, ages 12 and up are welcome! All materials and ingredients are provided.  Registration required.
