"Legendary: A New Adventure"

Legendary is an original work by Austin Parker written in December of 2018. Legendary draws inspiration from Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit and follows Flip, a high school senior, fry cook and slacker, who finds himself lost in the fantasy world of Ebo-Racūm Novūm. Accompanied by Sarah, an Elf, and Rowan, a Halfling, he must journey to The City in hope of returning home. Along the way he will fight Giants, Orcs, and Goblins, but will he be able to take control of his story and truly become LEGENDARY? 

Show times: Wednesday, July 17, 7 p.m., Thursday, July 18, 7 p.m., Friday, July 19, 7 p.m. and Saturday, July 20, 1 and 7 p.m.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Lewisville, MCL Grand is the premier public arts facility in Southern Denton County. The 40,000-square-foot facility features a 296-seat proscenium theater, black box theater, dance recital hall, art gallery, five art classrooms and a large courtyard. Medical City Lewisville has a multi-year agreement with the city for naming rights at the center.

To reach MCL Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. MCL Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center.
