Group Services

The Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau extends the following services to your group:

1.Visitors Welcome Packets - Includes things to see and do in Lewisville and the surrounding area, city map, Lewisville Lake map, restaurant list, and more.

2.Registration Assistance - The Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau can provide name badges and registration assistance.

3.Unlimited Consultation - The Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau will provide unlimited consultation on group activity organization, planning and administration. We can also arrange contracts for catering and entertainment.

4.Spouse Activities - The Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau will help coordinate sightseeing tours and special activities for spouses.

5.Liaison Service - The Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau will serve as liaison between the organization and the motel properties in the booking of guest room blocks and function space.

6.Hotel/Motel Form - A hotel/motel form can be printed with the names, rates, and other pertinent information on each property you have selected to use.

7.Publicity/Local Media Contact - The Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau will arrange for interviews with key event organizers, promoting the organization, the event, or both. Media may also be contacted to cover the event if the visiting organization desires.

These group services may be extended to any out-of-town group staying overnight in Lewisville. These services may be taken advantage of singularly or in total. Others may be negotiated as required by the group and as the request falls within the group servicing guidelines of the Lewisville Convention & Visitors Bureau.
